Refund Policy

At Turtle Bay Apparel, we are confident the value and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a convenient and flexible return policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience 😊

Our Policy

  1. We’ll happily accept a return/exchanges within 30 days of the ship date.

  2. Merchandise must be in the condition you received it, unused and free of make-up stains and dirt.

  3. A return fee of $6.99 will be deducted from the refund amount when we process your refund upon receiving you return. 
  4. Returned merchandise should be shipped within 14 days of the request date. Items returned after the 14 days will not be accepted.

  5. In the unlikely event of a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to ship back the defective merchandise and ship you a new piece with no other costs.

Sale Items 

Orders for Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If Final Sale items are shipped back without an approval, we may reject the package.

Canadian Returns 

We are unable to email return labels for Canadian returns. After receiving approval from us for the return, please return items to us by Canadian Post Small Packet Shipping.Our return policy is noted above.

 

How to Return or Exchange Items

  1. Start you return process by Clicking this link to access our Return Portal 
  2. Insert your Order Number and Shipping Zip code and click on ‘Start your return’ to get your order details.
  3. Click on the product to chose the item you want to return
  4. Select your reason for return and add any other comments you may have
  5. Chose the method of payment in which you would like to be refunded and click on ‘Next Step’
  6. With the prepaid label ($6.99) option selected, click on ‘Next Step’
  7. Review your return request details and click on ‘Submit you return’
  8. You will be able to download the shipping label in the next step.
  9. Pack your return, attached the label on it and drop it off at the closest Fedex or USPS location depending on the label you chose.

Processing Time 

Upon receiving your package, we will refund you in the method of payment of your choice. Store credit will be processed on the same day and you original form of payment within 7 business days. We will notify you about the transaction to your email address listed on your account. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Turtle Bay Apparel.

Exchanges

To ensure that you get the exchange item, you can make another order for the item that you need and return your existing order through our return portal. We will refund you for the returned item as soon as we have received it.

 Items marked final sale

Any styles marked ‘final sale’ are not eligible for an exchange or refund unless deemed faulty by our team. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. We recommend measuring yourself and referring to the individual style notes for fit and sizing.
